Custom Fit Dj offers a personalized DJ service for music lovers gathering with friends/family to create once in a lifetime memories.
We are a smaller team that specializes in adapting to each clients unique tastes. Our planning app makes it super easy to upload your playlist for cocktail hour or the party and have input on the music for each special moment. Don’t have a playlist and aren’t sure about what music you want yet? We have expertly curated sample playlists for each moment of the evening! You can even invite your music savvy friends to help select songs for the party on our app… It’s pretty next level when it comes to planning the party of your dreams.
Whether you want it to be a night of elegant sophistication, or an all out rager, our team can help make your vision a reality! Our DJ’s all have nightlife Djing experience and are talented behind the decks, so the party comes naturally… Collectively, we have artist, production & hospitality experience at high levels too, in addition to lots of wedding experience.

Meet the Team!
Michael Moyer
The creator and main dj, you’ll probably get to know Mike as you begin the process of booking a dj with Custom Fit Dj. With a high end hospitality background and nightlife dj experience, the wedding and private event space was a perfect fit for Mike right away.
Being a fan of a wide range of music was a main reason he has been able to personalize the music at each event to each client so successfully. He’s been to 6 Coachella’s, as well as many other music festivals and 1000’s of concerts.
If you have an eclectic taste in music, or want someone to help soundtrack your event, Mike is your guy!
Jordan
Jordan mastered the art of djing in Kansas City doing weddings, nightlife and playing anywhere people were trying to have a good time!
After moving up the ranks as one of the premier Djs in KC, he decided to bring his talents out west to continue his growth. He Djs at some of the coolest places around town, in addition to rocking parties for our clients!
In his time off Jordan loves to cook, and actually has a culinary degree. Not only does he cook up beats for your party, but he can throw down in a kitchen too!
DJ Matt
Dj Matt began his craft playing at his middle school dances in New Mexico in the 90’s. His experience is wide ranging. He has dj’d many different kind of events over the years, including lots of weddings.
He also sings and plays keyboard in a funk band, does live concert audio, and has worked in many other areas of the audio visual space. Being the true music person he is, his record collection is around 20,000 deep.
He spends much of his free time with his girlfriend and their dogs, and has the coolest cactus garden in town! Dj Matt’s favorite thing is making people dance and have a good time on wedding day!
Ryan
Ryan started DJing in California, and has an extensive background DJing electronic music artistically, in addition to DJing hundreds of weddings and other types of private events!
While learning to DJ, Ryan worked as a Disney character and his personality is sure to brighten any room with his naturally entertaining attitude.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily, who also helps out as his assistant/tech and with photo booths.
Justin
Justin is our Northern AZ based DJ. In addition to lots of wedding experience, he has performed artistically and developed production skills that make him one of the most sought after DJ’s around.
With professional equipment, a fun personality, and loads of dj experience, Justin is sure to make your event unforgettable!
When he’s not DJing, Justin loves spending time with his “beautiful wife” and 5 awesome kids.
Zach
Zach has been DJing since college, and is one of the most enthusiastic DJ’s on our team! Zach performs artistically at various spots and has done many types of events of all ages when not doing weddings and private events.
His MC training, combined with a love of DJing and a background in management and hospitality make him a natural fit for weddings and private events.
Zach is an AZ native and loves spending free time with his girlfriend when he’s not DJing.
Kate
Katelyn has 20 years of business management experience in Corporate avenues, Auto, Start-up, Non Profit, Agribusiness, and Event Planning. With a background in copywriting and editing, she also spent five years writing music reviews and artist bios in Phoenix. Raised on Classic Rock, Alternative, Hip Hop, R&B, and 90s electronic music, she now enjoys all genres, especially house and Neoclassical. A hiker and nature nerd, Katelyn has also studied sustainable agriculture and is eager to learn DJing as her next skill set.
George
George is our master of the visual arts! With a background in graphic and web design, George has been super helpful as a lighting tech, photo booth operator and has even developed his video skills specializing in creating super unique reels.
His content creation skills are available as an add-on service, and if you want a photo booth overlay, custom monogram, or any other cool visual items, he’s our guy!
He spends his off time with his kids, catching the newest movie, or playing chess amongst other things!
Axel
Axel used to dj in Kansas City, and actually managed a team of djs before heading out west. He’s a great fit right away for the right client.
With a background in music production and events at places like the Walter warehouse, Axel can read a room, or play exactly what you let him know you’re looking for… hip hop, electronic, sing-a-longs, or bangers….
